Return Policy:

Sew Far Sew Good stands behind our products. Your satisfaction with our product is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with a product that you have received, we will make it right. We will be happy to accept your non-personalized items back for either a refund or store credit (please note shipping charges will NOT be refunded on items being returned). Just call us and make arrangements for return.

Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.  If the item is being returned due to damage, defect or our error we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us at our expense. Replacement items will not be sent until the original item is received. If you have received an item as a gift and there is a problem with an item please call us and be prepared to give us the identification number that was included with your gift card. This enables us to identify your order. Gift order returns will receive store credit or an exchange for the same item.

Order Changes 

Please carefully review the names or initials you have entered, and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. (Jordan Nicole Giller’s monogram would be JGN, or Beth & Jeffrey Scott would read BSJ or JSB). Etiquette calls for the man’s initial to come First, but most women appreciate being first.  I try to see which looks best.  Please advise us of your preference.

To change an order, if you feel you have made an error, call or email us immediately. Notification of a change should be received on the same day the order was placed, or as soon as you realize an error has been made.  We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can change your order once it has gone into production.

Through this Privacy Statement, we want to reassure our customers that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others In order to receive an email receipt of your purchase and shipping notification you must include your email address in the billing address section. We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers All customer information is for our processing purposes only. As we receive information, a hard copy is made and the transmission is promptly deleted. We keep information only to communicate with you about our products, and promotions. If at any time you wish not to receive email from us, please let us know and we will cease immediately.
